Thank you for shopping with Car Style King. We aspire to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for our customers. Please carefully review the following guidelines for our 7-Day Return and Refund Policy.

Eligibility Criteria For Return:

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

Please note that Car Style King is not responsible for any errors made by the customer. Be it incorrect product selection, compatibility issues, or size mismatches. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

  • You must inform us via email or our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • A return or refund will only be considered for damaged, defective, or missing items reported within the given time frame of 24 hours.
  • Note: Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted. 
  • Also, if the returned item is found to match the product description on our website and is free from any defects, it will not be eligible for a return or refund.

📌 Product Condition:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • You may check the fit or quality; any product that appears used will not be eligible for return or refund.
  • Note: If the returned item matches the product description on our website and is not defective, it will be sent back to the customer. We are not responsible for issues arising from customer-side errors. Hence, we are not accountable for any mismatch or mistakes at the customer’s end. 

📌 Photo/Video Evidence Is a Must To be Eligible for Return:

  • For any damaged or defective items, you are required to submit photo or video proof within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Our quality check team will inspect the submitted photo/video. If the product does not pass our verification, there will be no return or refund issued. Refund approval is subject to the company’s return and refund policies.

Note: Requests without proper evidence or submitted after 24 hours will be rejected.

📌 No Refunds for Customer-Caused Damages:

  • You must contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery if your product is damaged or defective.
  • If the product is damaged due to customer handling or improper use, no refund will be issued.

📌 Return Everything – Including Free Gifts

  • All items from your order must be returned, including any free gifts, promotional items, stickers, or warranty cards.
  • Free gifts must be unused and in original condition.
  • If not returned, the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.
  • Incomplete returns may be rejected.

🚫 Non-Returnable Conditions: 

  • No returns allowed for correctly delivered items that match the product description. Please ensure you read the product description carefully before placing your order.
  • Customised car accessories (e.g., engraved, custom-fit, or specially ordered items) are non-returnable.
  • Free gifts and promotional items are non-returnable.
  • Note: Customer dissatisfaction with a correctly delivered item is not a valid reason for a return.

📌 Missing Items Return Conditions:

If your order contains missing items or arrives with an empty box, please follow these steps:

  • Report the issue to our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the package.
  • Provide a photo and video evidence showing the package’s condition.
  • Our team will investigate and, upon verification, process your return or exchange.

🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer preference or error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

₹ Refund Process:

  1. Refunds are issued after we receive your returned package and complete a verification check.

  2. Once approved, the refund will be processed and typically reflects in your account within 3–5 business days.

  3. Please allow up to 72 hours before contacting us regarding your refund status.

  4. To request a refund, log in to our website, go to the ‘My Orders’ section, and initiate a return for the relevant accessories.

  5. If you’re unable to start the return online, contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  6. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

  7. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
